At first you would think this is just another raunchy song. But if you listen carefully to the line 'off a shot of patron-ah' you might notice something. Patron is an alcoholic beverage. So he is condoning date rape. Well, Twista, I hope you have a lot of money, because you might have to pay a heck of a lot of court costs!
