Why They're funny:
This can be interpreted in two ways. (1) Why are there bullets in a fight of fire? (This assumes that the word "fight" is a noun, and would hence make the whole phrase a fragment.) (2) Why would bullets fight in a fire, much less at all? (This assumes that the word "fight" is a verb, thus making the phrase a complete sentence.)
