Why They're funny:
It shows a very nonintelligent side of this rapper. 1. You don't make a cake from dough, you make it from batter. 2. If you have dough already... you're not making a cake from scratch, making it from scratch would insenuate that you cracked the eggs poured the flour, cut butter etc. Thus, instead of saying he is very rich, 'enough dough,' he is saying he is very poor. You should probably listen to the song for the full effect, haha.
