Then when the Hurdy Gurdy Man Comes singing songs of love
Hurdy gurdy, hurdy gurdy, hurdy gurdy, gurdy he sang
Here comes the roly poly man and he's singing songs of love
Roly poly, roly poly, roly poly, poly he sang
What is all this 'hurdy gurdy' and 'roly poly' nonsense and what's the point of it?!

Is gonna be a sudden craze
Electrical banana

Two rabbits running in the ditch
I can't understand what rabbits running in a ditch have to do with a witch or anything else in this song. I think he was just searching for words that rhyme with "witch".

You can just sit there, thinking, on your velvet throne,
'Bout all the rainbows you can have for your own,
When you make your mind up forever to be mine.
Could ANY amount of sitting and thinking on a velvet throne cause one to think up anything on Earth more IMPOSSIBLE for one to possess than rainbows? I think not.

First there is a mountain,
then there is no mountain,
then there is
Then you think there was but you're not quite sure? Oh make up your mind! Was it there or not?

But without him
how could Hitler have condemned them at Labau
The correct place name, as the writer Buffy Sainte-Marie sings it, is Dachau. I can't find any place called Labau that has anything to do with HItler.
