These are lyrics by Bob Dylan that we think are kind of nonsensical.

Lay, lady, lay,
Lay across my big brass bed
What is the lady meant to be laying across Bob's big brass bed ... eggs ... bricks? Oh, did you mean 'lie', Bob? (as in, lie down?)

Bob Dylan's,
"Lily, Rosemary, and the Jack of Hearts"
The only person on the scene missing was the Jack of Hearts
He's either on the scene (present), or he's missing (absent). Can't be both at the same time.

Ah, but I was so much older then.
I'm younger than that now.
You'd think from these lyrics that Bob had found a fountain of youth. But my understanding is that the search for such a fountain is an enterprise given up on ever since Ponce De Leon failed at it.

I just have no idea what this means!

Wiggle wiggle wiggle like a bowl of soup
Wiggle wiggle wiggle like a rubber hoop
Dylan made some truly dire songs during the 80s, and this is quite possibly the worst (compounded by the fact that neither of those two things wiggle; at least not naturally).
