- Yes, they are named after a porn star, but not just any porn star. The world's only lactating contortionist porn star no less! Her name is Alexis Fire. They got into a spot of bother from her when she found out that they had taken the name of her website as their band name and she threatened to sue, but since she had not cpoyrighted the name "alexisonfire" they were free to use it.
