I had the opportunity to ask Lonnie Mack personally about the lyrics and he supplied the above. It was quite a relief after 30 years. He also signed my album w/ the original recording on it. I didn't notice at the time that he signed his name and dated it 1974. (It was 1998)Ah, how time flies.
