Well, I haven't done any parodies yet on the current youth in pop music. Avril Lavigne seems to stir quite a bit of controversy between those who love her every twitch & hop and those who believe her some sort of infidel poser. I don't really care, she has a superb voice and her first album was very good. What the 2nd will be like is anybody's guess. This song is about those on both sides who spend way too much time and energy getting all worked up about Avril's "skater/punk" credentials .

Mari D - Thanks! Actually, this was a cut I played for you & Rick when I was over but I can understand why you wouldn't remember it. There was a lot music and a lot of different kinds of music going on that night.
