You know, this might seem quite stupid
But I wish I knew how to perform photosynthesis

Some say that it's more healthy to eat only plants
But I don't want to hear I can't
Eat meat for ethical reasons
No matter what I eat I must cause death
Or I will take my last breath
I feel bad, so guilty about it
I really wish that I could

Taking of life to give

I don't want riches, this

Plants use things like light and chloroplasts to convert
Carbon dioxide to sugar
But I just can't get my food from breathing
Well if microscopic euglenas can
Make food from air then why can't Man?
I can't believe they're smarter than we are
I really wish that I could
