Why does my butt hurt so bad today?
Something in there's not right today
Why is it so damn painfull today?
The constipation's all I got left
I don't know when it hit me first
Or how the pain was fed
But I know just what it feels like to have a dump stuck up your rear end
It's just a crap that I held inside
A crap that pains me when I close my eyes
A crap that pains me when I try (To force it out)
A crap that pains me every time I bawl
(It hurts to think about it)
Now I don't no if this dump will sink or swim
But the crap inside is killing me
Hurting up the butt

I'm now straining so bad that I'm forming a tear
