A brand new boy just moved in right next door
From out of town, he’s never heard of me before
He doesn’t know it, but I’m his new girlfriend

I see his bedroom right through my window
I know what he does and sees where he goes

I have a camera pointed at his house
With a boom mike that even picks up a mouse
My GPS system can track him when he goes in or out
