Excellent title and word play. Innocent until proven guilty, but future is not looking good for Bernard Kerik. And, you're right - this is not good news for Kerik's business partner, Rudy Giuliani.

This is probably going to go bad for Rudy and his bid for the 08 election. Dems usually do better than Reps when they are too close to a scandle. Poor Rudy and poor Bernie. NOT. Nice current events parody. Fine execution. Slap the ham in fives and hold the mayor.

How did I miss this one the first time around? Shame on me. Then again, as Rudy and Bernie proved, there's shame and then there's SHAME. Aw, who am I kidding? If Republicans understood the concept of shame, they'd be ashamed to be Republicans.
