that just now schlepped out with Morgan Stanley
an IPO mendaciously—they kept
secrets from almost all.

It was just another day
of doing things the Facebook way:
your data they’re prepared to share,
but theirs they’re unlikely to bare. From sight
hide, hide. . . .

while they are connin’. . .
jacked off again.

But their cover’s blown—
most buyers clipped; we should have known
Facebook would rip us off both left and right;
naught but a data-mining site to gyp. . .
steal, sell; steal, sell; steal, sell.

Connin’, they’re road-show connin’—
screwed, those who’ve gone in,
there’s no amends.

Bought in, millions have bought in,
but the ill-gotten
gains go to “friends.”

We’ve just seen from Face-
book an adeptly slimy place-
ment that ain’t leapt in price. . .a tankin’ spree—
with mendacious Morgan Stanley, they kept
secrets from almost all.
