The Lyrics

Amicus curiae's not on the docket;
Habeus corpus, and he is grungy.
There are shady characters and pickpockets,
An unshaven guy on a drinking spree.
Non-moot, the court; yell some legalese RE: tort:

Writ is an ipso facto, prima facie, vellum, no-ad-hoc, de jure
Brief the court will consider today.
A dipso fatso, primate-facey, felon, poacher, blot, disturb-peace
Dick's on the docket; start without delay.
Stewed, sweet port: yelled the fellow as retort:

"I am afraid if water taps I open,
Aqueous badness will spout and be poured.
That is why when I taste liquids, I open
A new case that's bottled, bonded, and stored."
Dude, real short, yelled and people heard him snort:

"There is a 'crypto-fascist private Masony smell o' Popish plot,' read tea leafs,
In this court!" he blurted out, distrait.
A schizo wacko teeming with teeth, bellowed; voltage shot--grief relief. . .
Strapped in a "blanket" whose name starts with "strait."
Loon leaves court. Judge is frowning; temper's short.

And the bailiff's jaw is now getting tauter,
Then he gives the defendant his "due."
Next day he faces the bench for manslaughter;
Gat was furnished with pearl, burnished blue.
Dude's sees court for reports on the report.

Writ is an ipso facto, prima facie, vellum, no-ad-hoc, de jure
Brief the court will consider today.
Banned: bimbos, Jacko, screaming meanies, yellers, pollsters, docs pleading, "He
Should go and walk, sir. Justified," he'd say.

To the dock then walked the bailiff;
Sobbed the bailiff to the court:
"It's no tort!"
Excused. . .fodder.
Jury's dinner desert: torte.
