The Lyrics

BIG repair guys. Why do they ALWAYS wear loose fitting pants that slide down their butt when they bend over? Is the resulting disturbing display meant to divert attention away from the job they're screwing up? Are they really the professionals they're cracked up to be? It's not a pretty picture...
I see a bad moon a-rising
I see a pant load in my way
I see those butttt-cheeks up-sizing
I see our sink gets fixed today!

Can't get around the sight
Is THAT an in-flamed flea bite??
There's a bad moon on the rise!

I feel a water threat foreboding
Can't see, but I can feel some spray
I know a pipe must be imploding
I see a butt crack in the way!

Can't get around the sight
Is THAT a gangrene cat bite??
There's a bad moon on the rise!
(All right!)

guitar break

I see a big bill a-coming
Scrawled out in cray-on by this hack
I see he's trashed out our plumbing
I still see massive bad moon crack!

(Well--)
Can't get around such fright
Is THAT a stuck-tissue site???
There's a bad moon on the rise!

Can't get around this fright
BAD dreams for me tonight
There's a bad moon on the rise!

I'm sure most of us remember the night Dan Ackroyd flashed America in an SNL skit. I think M&P will love this one.

Glad you mentioned it, Rick! I swear that scene is what inspired this one. Oh, and the guy installing our fireplace insert..

Hwaaaaahahahahahahahahahaha plumbers crack parodies of songs always make me piss myself laughing, all 5s mate even though I haven't yet heard the song. This bumcrack exposure with repairmen I refer as "plumbers crack" or "tradesman's crack" as it applies to all people in the trades business who expose the notch of their bums such as carpenters, fridge repairmen, archetypal fat construction workers with jackhammers, plumbers, brick layers, electricians etc.... Anyways I've written a couple of plumbers crack songs myself, check them out on my parodies page http://www.amiright.com/cgi-bin/search_authors.cgi?AUTHORTroyAUTHOR .

Hehehe...it looks as if almost everyone has a funny comment for this one. Really good. About all that's left is to say that it's as cracked up as everyone said! 5's

Thanks, Adagio. Yes, good comments, though I am surprised that Ben Dover has not popped by..

Well, Rod, at least you're not being the butt of all these "Crack" jokes... that would be way too cheeky. ;-)
Rod - April 19, 2004 - Report this comment
Hi, Phil, thanks! Btw, just read your 'A Few of my Favorite Things', probably because I had just sent in my own version. That was a masterpiece! Are there really that many verses? If so, I guess I'd better get back to work! -- Naaaa!
Phil Alexander - April 19, 2004 - Report this comment
Rod - there's actually two: the Christopher Walken one, and the Apostrophe one... yes, I think there *are* that many verses...
Rod - April 19, 2004 - Report this comment
Phil, just to be clear, my use of the word "that" above referred to your piece, not mine! Also, it was the Walken one. Great work!
