This is my 5th song of my Album Parody of Crosby, Stills & Nash's first album, "CSN, The Thumb Album". So far they have been fun and pretty silly, I think. Initially I thought that's what I would do with this title. Well, "Thumb-in-ear"is indeed clumsy and forgetful, but is that it? Or could there be more ...?(continued in bottom comments)

Thumb-in-ear had three thumbs; real clumsy lady,
for sure
she walked out in the backyard and would fall;
upright she could not remain
Walking absent-mindedly; ran smack
into a large tree
Why is she clumsy?
Thumb-in-ear would forget plans, I waited,

Of my plight, guess she thought it was not
important at all

Yes, the "Thumb-in-ear" I was prepared to make sport of is the same one I'm talking about here. That same person may have special human qualities inside them that YOU at some point may need, and need a whole lot more than grace or efficiency.

Spell Checker - Yes, I ordered "Nash" with that egg on my face. How the "H" did I leave the "H" off his name? Johnny D - I thought it was pretty touching. Especially compared to where it was when I decided I needed to change the direction it was headed. The 4-small "aaaa" in the middle of "kwaaaayzeee" is one of the higher insanity levels, isn't it? Thanks!

Adagio. "Thumb Equalization" - Sounds like a Bureaucracy might have to be formed to handle it. Man, it's really hard for me to not throw in a "thumb" pun on every comment now. Johnny D/Adagio/David C/Alvin & Jack W - Thanks to all! I'm now almost done with the "CSN, The Thumb Album" Parody Project. It's been very interesting and fun. In a way I will be a little sad, but on the other "hand" (oh Boy!) if I keep fixating on Thumbs and other fingers they'll soon be putting me in a jacket where I can't get to mine any more. In fact I'm just posting 1 for tomorrow and it's submitted. Not doing any writing this evening.
