This is an lower class English drinking song, you 'ave to drop the "h" ......... Oym 'illary the eighth oy yam; 'illary the 8th Oy yam Oy yam; Oy caught Willie with another cheap 'ore; 'e's been 'umping seven times before. And ev'ry slut was an 'illary ('illary!) Patrick is right that Verman has done a fine job; but a direction to sing with a Cockney accent might be better than repeating the irritating "Oy Yam". Dr Jeff has some great ideas, but why can't he hone his pacing? E.g. "president" in L3 of most of the choruses should be shortened to "Pres". Why don't you sing your songs first yourself before making us try to sing them? 5s nonetheless.
