The Lyrics

I feel my brain a-glummin'
My soul can't comprehend
Of com-plaint I am inclined
My life's down the S-bend
I'm stuck here false imprisoned
No sun-light - flaggin' tan
But I must keep cajolin'
That I'm an inn'cent man

Well, I just ran a red light
While argu'in' with my wife
But in glove compartment
Cops found a butcher knife
Now I kept it there for prunin'
Why tell such a lie?
Bet the blood was Grissom's doing
A plant by CSI !

It's unfair po-lice plotting
When they claim the Chief I shoved
And hidden in the console
Found OJ's bloody glove
Well it's all vi-cious conniving
I was not drivin' drunk...
Swear I really don't know nothin'
About that corpse in trunk

Well now they've sealed me in this prison
Now my new cos-tume is stripes
And since they gavelled "no aquittal"
I'm eyein' up flue-pipe
Now I'm false imprisoned
'Cus judge got too much pay
And that's why he kept resistin'
Waved my bribes away...

M & P cash in again. Five years off for good behavior. (Probably the first time you two have ever been cited for good behavior!)

Recently, I've begun to think that CSI stands for "Complete Scientific Inaccuracy".. They said they found cannabis growing, but it was a plant ;-)

Thanks everybody!

Phil, I wish I had one of those CSI PCs - where you push one button and everything you ever wanted to know comes up in a millisecond... ;-D

IKWYM, Merry - but it's worse than that: they take existance of, say, high pH in a bathtub as evidence of putting sodium in the shower head some months earlier - when sodium hydroxide is so soluble that one bath in those three months would have removed all traces; not to mention high pH not necessarily being NaOH; also that NaOH is the most common stuff used to unblock drains - the scary thing is that they probably would gain convictions with this pseudo-science because Joe Public knows no better.
