The Lyrics

This song deals with the delicate subject of the tragic break up of Scooby Do and Shaggy. If it seems a little childish ... well, go show it to a small child and watch them giggle with delight, unless, of course, you've had it "up to here" with sight of small, giggling children ..... So, rirrout rurrther arroo ....
Come on get on down, Scooby Doo, down down
Your licking makes me frown, Scooby Do down down
Your paws are on the ground, Scooby Do, down down
Cause breaking up is hard on Scoob

Ron't rull your face, (Down Scooby Do, down down)
Array from me (C'mon get on down, Scooby Do, down down)
Ron't reave me rimpering in misery
If Shaggy reaves, rat rill Rooby Roo
'Rause 'reaking up is hard on roo

Rerember ren? (Down Scooby Do, down down)
Rit relt so right (C'mon get on down, Scooby Do, down down)
The rhosts and rillains chased us 'roo the night
Rafter rall re put the bad guys 'roo
Rause 'reaking up is hard to roo

They say that breaking up is hard on Scoob
Well go ask Scooby, he'll say "Roobie ROO!"
Don't say "Yoiks, it's the end"
Instead of breaking up, I wish that Scoob and Shag were making up

I reg of roo (Down Scooby Do, down down)
Ron't rake Relma cry (C'mon get on down, Scooby Do down, down)
Ret's rive the meddling kids another try
R'mon, Shag, rike, ret's start anew
Rause 'reaking up is hard on roo.

In the words of Scoob, this parody is Raw-Right! Deserving of a Scooby snack!

LOVED this, even if Scooby Doo drives me nuts these days. Haven't showed it to my giggling child just yet, might use it as a bribe for bedtime..! In the meantime, here's a 555

Wendy, if you do show this to your child, tell me how he or she likes it.

Oh, great, first Kirk & Spock, then there were a couple of parodies here about Han Solo & Chewbacca, then there was one about Spock & Humphrey Bogart... maybe SOMEBODY could make that stuff up, but I couldn't... and now Shaggy and Scooby? I think you've had enough Scooby Snacks. Yikes, what's next, the forbidden secret love between Underdog and... ALVIN! (Seriously, this was funny.)
