Bob - Now I'll need a similar concoction to purge this song from my head. Many fav lines, especially "anemic/low glycemic" rhyme and the horsemeat reference. A true bresh of fresh air...at least before it kicks in. Another memorable one for sure. ;D

A friend of mine has just acquired a blender and is grinding up every sort of fruit and vegetable together and drinking it. Personally, when it comes to food, I'm still a segregationist. There will be plenty of time to blend in the digestive tract.

Thanks, Ribsy and Patrick. Seriously, this one came to me while I was making a cucumber-pineapple feijoa-orange peel-rangpur lime-fig-lemon-kale smoothie. It tasted horrible, but I felt really good about myself. Now for some shortbread cookies...
