Song Parodies -> "Be Gone, You Whiney Toad"

Original Song Title:

"The Long And Winding Road"

Original Performer:

The Beatles

Parody Song Title:

"Be Gone, You Whiney Toad"

Parody Written by:

Paul Robinson

The Lyrics

So long, you whiney toad
don't need you no more
You pest; you're pretty weird
It's time I told you, "Go"
So man, get out of here
Don't come back no more

You whine and bitch all night
Why don't you go away?
A simple tool with ears
Leave now, don't delay
Please, won't you disappear?
Won't you leave today?

All the time you whine and moan
I tell you that sure bites, yeah
Everyday you break my stones
It's time to say, "Good-bye", man

Dude, chill or you'll get smacked
by a strong "Right" I'll throw
My "Left" will bash your ear
And then I'll break your nose
You'll bleed and bray in fear
Plead with me, "No more"

[instrumental break]

You'll lay there on your back
For quite long; dazed - you'll groan
Battered; flat on your rear
You cannot stand; stay prone
Can't see through all your tears
Bleeding bad; you moan...

Uuuh, uuuh, uuuh, duuuuh...

TOS is nearly as old as I am - I'm stunned that it took this long for someone to come up with the perfect parody title. 555

Not Again! Who the hell is 1-ing your work? I must admit your title "Be Gone, You Whiney Toad" fits Mr 1's ego perfectly. I wish that the whiney toad that is Mr 1s will go away off the face of the earth forever. I bet that Mr 1s is really George Hamilinton IV in disguise (my he was a nasty parody author)

Yoidy, Thanks! Ravyn - Me too! I checked the "Search" for this title or any parody that might have already covered the subject...figured there would be dozens of parodies of this OS, but it turned out to be about only 9 or 10 and nothing similar at least from scanning the titles. Thanks! alvin, Me too...thanks! Jason, guess someone has a burr in their ass with me over something...too bad...it's gonna stay there...

MasonR - thanks! Glad you enjoyed it. Hadn't done too many Beatles pieces lately.

You struck somebody right where they felt it, Paul...a mark of a great parody. We here who get '1'd (I have had over 80 of mine triple '1'd) have long ago realized it's a reverse compliment when you strike that nerve. Some richly deserved fives from here, for merit.555

Yes, Dee...and it appears I've not only been honored here, but I've been TWICE honored on this one...and betting the other one I posted on this day also got the same treatment. I wonder what about my stuff ticked them off? I get the feeling everyone thinks this one is a veiled political piece, but in truth that was not on my mind when I wrote it (the other today was, more or less). I was actually thinking of a wretched roommate I once had many years ago that took a lot of time and ingenuity to finally get out. But, anyway...Somebody doesn't like my stuff...or maybe just doesn't like me...fine...I've got a standard response now when for those who can't tell me in actual words and just give me low-ball scores...KMA...another "veiled" communication. Can anyone out there tell the studio audience what the acronym represents...lol...later...
