The Lyrics

History of Rubik's cube: http://www.rubiks.com/cubehistory.html
Moving round those axels with my thumb,
This is sport of brain and not of brawn.
Some squares colored bright,
The rest of them are light.
Colored rows, will give you woes.

Hoo boy Rubik Cube craze,
Why'd they make a game like you?
I get blinded by the hue haze,
Why cannot I solve you?

I saw you advertized on my TV,
I thought that was the perfect game for me.
There's a million chains,
It's so bustin' out my brains.
With colors tossed, I so exhaust.

Hoo boy Rubik Cube craze,
Why'd they make a game like you?
I get blinded by the hue haze,
Why cannot I solve you?

Every time I lose, I'm in dismay,
Line nine squares up in a toned array.
Trying all the time,
Comes the screams then you will lose your mind,
Best to resign.

Hoo boy Rubik Cube craze,
Why'd they make a game like you?
I get blinded by the hue haze,
Why cannot I solve you?

It stumps me too, Guy..... or maybe I'm too impatient to deal with it! 5's

Guy, Not only can't I beat it, I usually can't even say it right. Somehow it always seems to come out "Cubic's Rube" when I try to say it. I do the same thing with "Coin toss", saying "toin coss" (that one most people don't even notice, it SOUNDS right, I guess). Just a wee touch of dyslexia, usually pops up when I'm fatigued. Fortunately, there is no real way to mix up three 5's. They look the same forward or backward.

This would've been a bit better if John Jenkins' "Super Tuesday" parody hadn't also appeared today. It's the Bull Durham/Major League analogy.

Good parody, Guy. I'm not sure if MP is labelling your parody as Triple A quality, but I give it triple 5s.

I knew someone who could solve the thing in five minutes everytime. I couldn't even get one row the right color... :-P

I too had a pain in the ass friend who would sit there and twiddle endlessly for hours, and of course work it out. I simply preferred to take the stickers off and replace them! 5's for each side of the cube, the other side is for the comments!

It's a cool song, by the way it took me 8 months to solve the Rubik's Cube.
