"Scalia"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

The most ludicrous clown I ever heard:
Scalia. . . .
Of the dubious clowns who’ve besmirched the bench, he’s the worst:
Scalia, a justice, this churl named Scalia.
He legislates not from
The bench but from the Holy See.
Scalia,
I must diss this churl named Scalia.
His reasoning’s unsound;
It’s like that found in Sicily.
Mafi-A.
Never cowed, he is loudly braying;
He’ll give Glocks to us. . .mandate all praying.
Scalia,
His henchmen form a Court Mafi-A.
The most dubious crowd, a bench-warm scourge:
Mafi-A.

While I'll dissent from what is becoming a majority opinion, I nevertheless concur that this parody meets and exceeds the established constitutional guidelines set forth for a 5-5-5...lol! Good job. ;D

Rehnquist and Scalia were the Statler and Waldorf of the Supreme Court. We'd better have Democratic Presidents for the next 20 years, just so we can replace this criminal.

What I find to be ludicrous are the 5 justices who normally dissent from Justice Scalia and are the reason that ridiculous decisions like Kelo v City of New London are decided on 5 to 4 votes.
Kaganwatch - August 22, 2010 - Report this comment
In an interview on NBC’s “Meet the Press,” Senator Mitch McConnell pointed out that Obama’s Supreme Court nominee Elena Kagan once argued that the government should have the power to ban books and censor political pamphlets, as yet more alarming information on Kagan’s hostility towards the First Amendment comes to light. During the Citizens United vs. FEC case, Kagan’s office was asked by Chief Justice John Roberts if the government could ban publications it they were paid for by a corporation or labor union. “If it’s a 500-page book, and at the end it says, ‘and so vote for x,’ the government could ban that?” Roberts asked, to which Kagan’s deputy, Malcolm L. Stewart, said the government could censor such information. Even Ruth Bader Ginsberg found this alarming.
