Yes, we do. For example, "Safe Sex" and "Lab Test" could be referred to as "A Parodies", as opposed to, say, "A Parodem" or "A Parodose". (if unclear, ask anyone from Brooklyn for clarification lol).
Good thing there isn't a grammar criterion, or there would be a point deducted for the "apostrophitis" in the second line. Phil Alexander's "Apostrophes contd. - A Few of the Difficult Bits" should fix that nicely. (Same thing on the home of this site -- "adult's only").

Can't actually demonstrate the finished product cuz the puter will just turn 'em into spaces, but take the spaces out of the following: . Any extra spaces you type in this box are ignored, while the above characters create space without any other action on your part.

Darn it, didn't go through. Left bracket (that's the thing above the comma), then "br", then right bracket (above the period -- no wisecracks). No spaces in between those characters; don't use the quote marks I used. Do that sequence once for a new line and twice (no spaces) for a new paragraph with a blank line in between. (Told ya this was new to TT also).

It would make a great OS, and out of respect for those who initiated the above thread, The Turtle will leave it to one of them to do. Doing it politically should be yet another "fish in a barrel" shot.

yes, I remember that old P Page song.....and yes, Sniffy is my alter ego and we're in the slow learner class, I'm afraid...oh, well, we can still chew gum and write parodies at the same time....
And some pretty darn good ones, too... This one is too good to chance leaving on disk; I;m gonna print it and save it in a Manilow envelope.
