"Such a dubaious way to spend it" - oh, that was awful, Phil - the best kind of pun.
Very good title, dubaious pun (as noted by Red Ant) and parody, Phil. I thought the best example of the Dubai "silly 'uns" was done by the people who built the extravagant Dubai golf course used for the last official event of the European golf season last month. For their sand traps, they imported sand from the United States.
