1-I remember standing at the corner 'round noontime,
Hoping to get my Stocks up.
There was this long-haired lady picketing on the street,
Saying "Enough is enough".
Through the long agonizing days, the Stocks are going deep...

2-Around New York City, the fighters and Hippies,
Are watching us through the glass.
I stand in the building 'till the Closing Bell,
Hoping I don't lose my ass.
Unlike the other protestors, this lady acts sweet.
And they take her away, being dragged by her feet.
