I miss the days of Reagan too. That period of history we had more tolerance and respect for each other. Reagan and O'Neil clashed in the Capitol but they greatly admired and respected each other. Reagan asked Gorbachev to "Tear down this wall" (that happened later). Those two resolved the Cold War in a peaceful manner. Now we have idiotic blubberbutts who hijacked AM radio and wear boiler suits telling their sheep whom to exterminate. They turned "liberal" into a hateful distorted word. I guess freedom is slavery and war is peace. There's a lot of important books to be read.and not the pulp from Glenn Beck or Sarah Palin either. I have been to San Francisco - it's whatever you get out of it. There is FREEDOM AND ACCEPTANCE aplenty there. Quit chowing down on the gruel that the fascists spoon feed their dittoheads.
I have to take issue with *what du u c's* comment here. To paraphrase Tina Turner, it starts out nice and ends rough. The commenter lulls you with reason and sensibility then devolves into partisan vitriol. The sweet irony is this person supposedly misses tolerance and respect. Classic.
