Well done - I really hate owners who don't take care of their pets. I can really identify with this. I got a mental picture of that dog running past the end of his chain when I read this just like the old Warner Bros. cartoon with the hound and the rooster, Foghorn Leghorn. Made me LOL for sure.

Somehow this song seems like it is based on something true in your neighborhood. Is it? Oh yeah, this is definately 5 material.
