The Lyrics

DKTOS? Youtube it HERE

Oh, boozy Sue, Oh boozy Sue,
Oh boozy Sue, you old lush you, boozy Sue.

It's like no way can walk, is what you say called talk?
You like the taste of Bock; you got that toxic shock, boozy Sue.

(Instrumental Break)

Well, play the fool with brew; you'll lay in stupor stewed,
Fell prey to mountain dew, and then you heaved on shoe, boozy Sue.

Sail, like jet fuel 'shine, way too much-a wine,
Well, into car you climb, DUI's a crime, boozy Sue.

(Instrumental Break)

Oh boozy Sue, The cops see you,
"R" comes after "Q", Baby you're luck's screwed, woozy Sue.

You try to play the cops, But you've had too much hops,
You like it too much schnapps, arrive in cell she flops, boozy sue.

So screwed be you, woe boozy Sue,
Abusing brew, maybe tried drugs too, boozy Sue.

(Instrumental Play Out)

Good write on a "real fun" party girl. If I remember the OS, the instrumentals were most of the song.
Old Man Ribber - August 10, 2009 - Report this comment
I'll drink to this! ;D

Timmy - Yes indeed the instrumentals used more recording time than the sung lyrics. Great CCR song though. Yeah I described her as being like "Real Fun" if you like to be barfed on. Thanks!

OMR - Drink one for me please, but give your car keys to the designated driver first. - Thanks for commenting. Cute security code - 2ND - popped up on this one - as in "tuned".

Great fun parody Guy, I got the next round of fives. Kept waiting for the word 'floozy' to show up, but guess Suzy is just boozy and not un-choosy.

LOL @ BJ21's comment...

When my 15-yr old stepson comes to visit, he likes to watch those reality cop shows-- like the ones on TRU tv. Some of those people are stupid beyond belief. ;)

Never knew Boozy Sue, but I've known some boozy broads...funny and picturesque parody..

A♣ J♣ - 21 - You almost got what you were looking for. I did kick the word "floozy" around, but all the dictionary definitions described "floozy" only as a working girl and not een close to being just a plain drunk. And as you put it she was not "un-choosy" LOL - now "floozy" could have played well in "Illegal Woman" that published last week. This CCR OS is short on lyrics and if there were more lines in the OS, I'd have probably pimped her out. Thanks J♣ A♣

Fiddlegirl - I watch a lot of Tru TV and I have gotten some great parody ideas from some of the stuff on Tru and have written more than a few parodies and/or parts of parodies based on the utter stupidity that I have viewed on Tru. And coincidentally I just submitted a parody for the next posting on amiright about police and courtroom drama - It's time for a little Law and Order as Sue found out in this parody..Thanks Fiddlegirl-friend.

M'Lady - How wonderful to see you back gracing my commentary section again. If it's chaps you adore (and I know you do from many of the comments i've read that you wrote) then visit Texas - I think they were invented in this Southwest Republic. I've missed your words gracing my comment section. My day is made now - thanks and caio, bella.

She'll feel better once she's been snoozy Sue for a while.

Alvin - I've been wanting to write this for about the last 18 months. I actually had two lines written in my parody folder on my laptop that I had written over a year ago. I dragged it out over the weekend and finished it off. And she may be a doozy but as ribber says, she's not un-choosy, Thanks, buddy.

Another song I got from your library. Did you notice that the way the guitar plays jerkily, you can see a drunken person walking (or trying to) along the street? lol good one
Guy - August 11, 2009 - Report this comment
Ms Pat - yes and thanks - I did pick up on that and I'm not surprised that you are the only commenter to relate this. You do have keen observation qualities. =-;)
