The Lyrics

I created my own website, where I put all of my songs, & their revisions, since you can't edit here. Plus, other of my own stuff. You can print them out, & do them at your own local karaoke club. The URL is after the song.
Whoa, jail can be a nightmare,
'Cause of what they do to you,
They told me don't bend for the soap,
An invitation to a screw.

Stay away from my bung hole,
Stay away from my bung hole,
Stay away from my bung hole,
Oh, get off my back, you creep!

Thought the sheriff guards there,
Would direct me to the lines,
He waved his hands across his butt,
After farting at me five times!

( Chorus )

Had to squeeze off my wristband,
There was no pillow on my bed,
He told me to squeeze it back on real quick,
Or he'd nail it to my head!

( Chorus )
http://sites.google.com/site/karaokeparodies I was going to stop at 25 here, but since you were my inspiration to come up with so much funny stuff, I thought that I'd share another one every now & then.

Hmmm. . .sounds like a 'prison story' . . .

a couple of things to consider.

The choruses are like extra space where you can further expand on ideas or comedy, I'd consider varying them, or at least type them out as many of us try to sing along and (CHORUS) doesn't scan well--that's what makes lyric sites suck is that they are lazy and won't type out the chorus--which is often deceiving because often the ending of a song is varied.

Second recommendation: consistency, there were a few lines I didn't get (farting at me five times, had to squeeze of my wristband). Certain lines seemed a tad random--that's something that require patience. Often an idea hits my mind and I start typing and I really want to complete it fast, but it's always good to let any parody sit for a bit and then come back and read it with a fresh pair of eyes to make sure things sound coherent and make sense. Often you can come up with stronger lines by doing this.

Good luck!
