Parody Song Title:

"I Drank Twenty Beers"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

The original song is from CSN's fine 2nd Studio Album from the late 1970's. Now, I've heard it rumored that Stills was quite a drinker in those days, but I have no personal knowledge of this.
I drank twenty beers
I was sh*t-faced (that's some booze, man)
Now tonight I must still play
Or we will be replaced (dough, we're losin')

But I never thought that I was a boozer
Until Graham told me that I was wrong
The next day was always going to be sober
But somehow that next day never would come

Cuervo special will keep me flying (Yeah!)

It seemed funny to me when I did this
When you drink lots like me, sir
You should not be driving in your car

But it didn't seem to me that I shouldn't
And how else was I going to get home?
I awoke in jail on the on cement
In a bind, no sh*t, I couldn't get stoned (Yeah!)

was drunken
was barfing

What an a**hole, my brain is frying(Bleah!)

Seems that my whole face has turned red
And all of my drinking has screwed up my head(Yeah)
There's mud where I once had brains
'Cause I drank twenty beers every day

(Instrumental jam to end)

Excellent observation about Stills being a drinker and then connecting it with the parody. 5's

You mean this one Paul? (Replaying to a comment on another parody). DKTOS but it's always fun to work with songs you really like (you may have noticed that I've for that reason done a lot of heavy metal, primarily Accept songs lately?) so may I suggest this as a possible candidate for a parody called "4 More Years" if you wanna return to work with it, seems to me those words would fit.

Know 1 - That's a good idea for this one...if I had any energy left for political numbers at this point. Need to give that arena a little break for a while, at least in my thinking and therefore my writing. But it might be something I could do a bit later on. Thanks for looking in and for the suggestion as well. And if you heard the OS you could connect to the anguish the singer is in with the political predicament now before us (well, it's not really a predicament, I guess...I mean, we're STUCK with "Busho the Malignant Clown" for 4 years whether we like it or not).
