Well, nearing the end of the month
Will be summer, end of school year
Look at the graceless looks on the faces
Of parents who are getting all weird
You know that they’ll always question how long
That we’ll be going out every night
They think we’ll be bums, snorting coke, drinking rum
Or much worse having sex all night

Changes in Daddy’s moods, changes in Mommy’s moods
Our parents are really so lame
With all their campaigning for certain abstaining
It really just confuses our brain

Looking for tell-tale signs we’ll be in night court
From various sources of sin
Handing out condoms not even ribbed for pleasure
Always stating “use precaution”
If she’s suddenly pregnant tomorrow
That surely’d be the end of it all
All of their pitches, they put us in stitches
We’ve done more than we can recall!

Parents were righteous dudes, now become nervous prudes
Their early life was not the same
We settle our teen glands—if needed, just use hands
Have a few laughs and then clean up the stains!

We’re worried, where’s good jobs down the line
Will we get enough tech to train?
Will we have clean air and ocean
God, will we be voting again?
‘Cause you could say some damned school shooter
Might pop up before too long
There’s just too much worry in society
And so many things are so wrong

With these changes in Daddy moods, changes in Mommy moods
We can’t be the ones to take blame
With all of the ****ups that came from the grown-ups
We just have to laugh, ain’t got time for the pain

Millenials lazy, but the I-Gen will gain!
