The Lyrics

The original lyrics make no effin' sense, srsly. Look 'em up. That said, an ode to the Burger Fool.
Man, the late shift is littered with morons
"Two small fries and a light beer"
Ask for chicken breasts, C-cup or larger
That was old the first time
They're falling about, they're laughing so hard
"We don't sell light beer here, sir
Nor do we serve drunks in their underpants
Would you kindly get lost?"

This job don't pay much, but it's a living
Cashier at K.O. Burgers
It's minimum wage, but I've a nice boss
And workmates who aren't scum
It's the customers who make this job suck
At least the annoying ones
Ask for Coke when they are high as balls and
Think I will play along

"Burger combo meal, that's four-fifty"
Ev'ry day is like clockwork
I'm not one who does burger construction
If that sentence makes sense
I just sell this shit, so don't complain, man
If it's not to your liking
Yelling won't make the onions disappear
My peace, you are disturbing

Time is nearly up, it is ten o'clock
Time to collect my wages
Customer is there, asking for refund
Not my problem, it's Steve's
But boss says to me "Steve is on sick leave
And there's no-one else here now"
We've one register, that totally sucks
"You want fries with that burger?"
Why K.O. Burgers? Because it's an establishment in the one TV show I watch right now. And why Steve? Steve's a pretty name.

I never worked at a burger place but I worked at Taco Bell before and this parody was a total memory of my time spent there. So thanks for those horrid memories coming back into my skull... Don't worry it's not going to take away from your points or my enjoyment of this (terrible OS but what isn't by King Crimson) song.

tcop - Be at peace. These lyrics are infinitely better. Just don't charge me for the salt packets. ;D

I have to admit, this was a challenging round, the next one isn't any easier (I just drew it) but good job hanging in there!!!

(Artistry) Technical problems prevented me from listening and reading simultaneously, so I will grant that you paced this well, and this seemed very difficult indeed. You did a good job with this.

As a worker in the food service field, I've never had to deal with drunken customers, but I have had to cover for someone when I was all ready to leave...nice work here!

Lots of great soundalikes in here. And you're right about the original. Well skewered song.

(ABC) Crappy OS, good parody. Nuff said.

Agree with D-Mon. Utterly hate King Crimson but this was a good parody.
