This is why this regime keeps Joe Biden around and yet tries not to let him speak: he's Zero's human shield, a veritable living bullet-proof vest, but what makes him that way is his constant bumbling, including these moments when he forgets he's not supposed to mention certain extremely inconvenient truths out loud.
Every time Biden opens his mouth, Obama gets another gray hair, and Romney captures another voter. What's funny, as Hihizen said, is that it's not just Joe's glitches, it's the truths he speaks that Carney & Co. so carefully avoid, suppress, or spin. 555+
