A completely fictitious story about blues legend Bo Diddley wanting to play a gig in Duluth, Minnesota on ecstacy. He can't get any so he drops acid instead.

Crazy original idea...kinda fell apart at the end (and a reference to any one of Bo's song would have been excellent), but you made me laugh, that's what counts.
Gotta agree with Aggy. The middle part where he's tripping is pretty good, but the setup for the punch line went on a little long.

Completely-off-the-wall concepts do very well here, as you've seen , and this one is "high" above the wall (minus the spell-check failure lol), so I go with the above comments.
In response to your question to alvin re: how fast can one come up with parodies, with experience? I can't speak for anyone else, but I expect a lot would say something similar: I've put together some, a line here and a line there, over five months ("A Shepherd Am I"), and, as noted in the intro to another , had it come to me in literally 30 seconds ("God Bless The Governor"). And everything in between. But yes, with practice your mind becomes more demented, leading to more rapid twisting of persons, events, and songs. Oh, and nice ta meet ya -- welcome!
