The Lyrics

I just love the classic autos,
All the classic autos of the world
Red or yellow, black or white
They are precious in my sight
I just love the classic autos of the world

Every ding is beautiful,
In my old car
Chevy Style Line, forty-nine,
Outside visor shades the sun far
And every ding is beautiful
Scratches, let stay
I'm in car heaven,
With my classic Chevrolet..

Large and shiny grill,
Big bumper made of chrome
It was a find of finds,
I was proud to drive it home
Now every hour that passes by,
I know that car gets a little bit older
Just drives the value high,
Up to the sky
Glad am I, this gold gets golder..

And every ding is beautiful,
I'll not restore
Drive it on a summer night,
All these dings just make me love it more
Oh, sing it children !

Every ding is beautiful,
Keep it that way
I'm in car heaven
With my classic Chevrolet..

I don't care,
If all those scratches are there
Shows character, where it's been
Won't worry about
Some dents without,
Makes me feel real good within..

My Chevy's got it all together now,
I keep it washed and waxed up fine
Baby my "Forty-Nine"
When in the driver's seat, my friend
It's number one in my mind..

And every ding is beautiful,
What can I say..
Drive it on a rainy night,
Or a snow covered winter's day
Every ding is beautiful
No putty clay,
In old car heaven,
I cruise through clouds, as I sway
(One more time !)

Every ding is beautiful,
Keep it that way
I'm in car heaven
With my classic Chevrolet..

A very 'driven' parody of car worship.

Everything about cars are beautiful! This makes a great advert on used car dealership stores! Touching up with 555's for this one!

Old cars are great - except when they don't run. Nicely written.

555 for title switch alone! (Not the title to the car... the other one...) :)

Have found that strategically placed bumper stickers also add to it's character. In memory of my 65 Dodge Dart, 5's.

Ironic that the security code that appeared before I posted was GAS.
