Original Song Title:

"The Candyman"

Original Performer:

Sammy Davis Jr

Parody Song Title:

"The Handyman"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

I acknowledge that Rick Duncan and SomeGuy already used this title...but I have a different angle
Who can spark your lady
When you're not at home
Catch her in her nightgown
And let his fingers roam..
The Handyman
The Handyman can
The Handyman can
Cause he's muscular and tan
And makes her bod feel good..

Who can fix your honey
When he's fixed your cars
Drink your rock and rye
And smoke your Cuban cigars
The Handyman
The Handyman can
The Handyman can
Cause he's handy and a man
And then, his timing's good..

The Handyman comes
When you walk out the door
Lickin' everything delicious
Satisfyin' all her wishes
A desperate housewife,
Your sweet dish is...

So, you hide tomorrow
Underneath the bed
Then, who'll wind up with sorrow
And a bandage on his head..
The Handyman
Kick the Handyman's can
The Handyman's can
Cuz he's been messin' with your love
You beat his ass real good

Yeah, your Handyman sucks,
He got too handy with his wood...

AFW, if your sweet dish really is a desperate housewife, I thought it was the gardening man who can - 555

AFW: I see. As LL Cool J would say, "He's that type of guy." And as the Georgia Satellites would say, Handyman won't keep his hands to himself. You're very handy with these songs. Stuart: I don't know if this will translate well from U.S. English to the Oz version, but gardeners do like to hoe. Kat: Those are the best kinds! Enjoy 'em!

AFW: Regarding votes not taking, check your Internet settings to see if you can still accept cookies (Tools, Internet Options, Privacy). If set at the highest level, votes won't take...... I've had random bugs affect font settings and the like before. Your disk space allocated may be full as well. This parody is funny, though I DKTOS here.

Hey, it worked...Thanks, for comment and the tech tip, Red Ant.....You wouldn't know why I'd keep getting script error messages on this site, would you?....every page I click...happens nowhere else...
Red Ant - September 09, 2005 - Report this comment
Not sure on script errors, you'd have to elaborate more on what is occuring. Tim Mayfield, Phil Alexander, Johnny D, or Adam E would know more about those. If they don't resolve soon you can PM/E-mail ChuckyG.

Reminds me of Ivor Biggun's "Toolbag Ted from Birkenhead" (the randy handman)... which is a compliment :-)
