Hello classroom, private hell
It still has got that funny smell
Because ameba we are stud'ing
Watch the cells as they are budding
And the homework that was planted on my desk
It's a pest; within the sound -of science

And in the micro slide I saw
Ten thousand cells and maybe more
Teacher talking about breeding
How the termite go about their feeding
Students giving anwsers that are incorrect
They can't detect- within the sound -of science

And the teacher stood and wrote
To disect an inscet's throat
And the grade flashed out of it's warning
On the slide some moss is forming
And the sign said the words of the teacher
Are written on the white blackboard
A classroom mourge
And whisper in the sounds -of science
