The Lyrics

Ever go to a really cheesy, crappy, crummy, run-down Amusement Park? Sure yah have...here's kinda what it's like...
[instrumental intro]
[sing {bracketed} lyrics to lead guitar notes in the intro]

{at a theme park}
{getting' near dark}
{place is a dum-uh-uh-uh-ump}
{Wasted my day}
{but it sure costs}
{lotsa my bucks}
{I am a chu-uh-uh-uh-ump}

Standing there like a dummy
Staring off into space
Waiting there in line
For a dumb theme-park ride
A big, stupid grin
on your face

(Sh*t)
Wait for this ride is unending
Still, you stand there all day
Man, this is so screwed
I've been here all day, dude
Just what is wrong with
this place?

LET'S SEE
Fake Clowns
Unfunny; not amusing
Loud sounds
Break eardrums
Every ride
I frown
I've been standing here
kind of peeved
What now?
A stalled ride
This place bites
Ay-yi-yi

[instrumental break]
[lyrics in {brackets} sung to lead guitar notes here]
(All the rides here}
{are real crumby}
(and they don't work}
{too well-el-el-el-ell}
{Man, this place bites}
{I'm a dummy}
{to spend my bread here}
{Oh, well, Oh, hell-el-ell}

This place
Takes my bread
Gives me nothin'
Disgrace
Man, this theme-park
really bites
A waste
It sure seems
I've been deceived
Ripped-off
Now I gripe
It's not right
Yeah, this bites

[instrumentals out to end Fade]
[lyrics in {brackets} sung to lead guitar notes out to fade]
{closes at dark, lotsa gang fights, and over-pri-i-i-i-iced}
{place full of narcs, making drug buys, from the Park Mice-i-i-i-ice}
{so over-pri-i-i-i-iced}

You changed the voice-over....I don't know it that well to follow, so DKTOS, reads well though.

Just a little bit, Pat...well, the "additional lyrics" I might have changed more than "a little bit". Thanks! alvin, yes - when I want the truth I always make sure to consult a fake clown at a crappy amusement park...it's even more dependable then White House sources these days ~ ~ ~ In fact, it's actually quite hard to distinguish "fake clowns" from "White House Sources" if the clowns happen to be out of uniform at the time you happen to meet with them - be sure to keep that in mind if you happen to be seeking accurate information from any of these clowns...

Great Job Paul! It looks like you are going on about my poor efforts playing Rollercoaster Tycoon 3!

Thanks, Jason! Not familiar with R-Coaster Tycoon 3, though...I guess that's from THIS Century, huh? lol

So this is what you get when you cross a scientist with a cheap amusement park, ey? 5's

Yes, Lionel, first she blinded me with Science and then took me to a cheesy amusement park...from there, well, you know the story ~ ~ ~
