Thank goodness that when I lived in CA, it was on a military base and we didn't have to pay PG&E's rates. Nobody we knew was happy when the bills came in! One wag in those days quipped that PGE stood for "Profit, Grab, and Extort"--that could be right!
How are you going to flee the fire in your Tesla, when there's no juice in the charger? I don't know why anyone would live in California, but I'm glad they do, because they are not in Kansas City. This appears to be the first time anyone has used the word "pelf" since the late, great Tommy Turtle. Once again, an original song I actually remember.
