The Lyrics

First of all, I'd like to point out that the views expressed in this parody are meant to be taken with a pinch of salt... having realized that I hadn't written anything starting with "X", xenophobia seemed to be a good way to fill that particular niche.
Grendel gehen gegen geblieben
All right
I got somethin' to say
Yeah, keep foreigners out
Yeah, send 'em away
All right
Ow gonna call 'em liars
C'mon!

Come on, play the game
Send 'em all back whence they came
Send 'em back they're not like me
All those guys from overseas
Get out! Get out!
Drive me crazier, no evil lies
No foreign guys, just a xenophobia

What do you want? What do I want?
I want purity, yes I do
Ethnic purity
Oh let's go, let's torch a tree
We're gonna get security
I don't care if all you can see
Small-minded bigotry

What do you want? What do I want?
I want purity, yes I do
Ethnic purity

Xenophobia, xenophobia
Mind closing.. mind is closing
Xenophobia, xenophobia
Mind closing.. mind is closing
We got the power, got our country
Just say you need it, if you believe it
Say yeah!
Heh heh heh heh
Now listen to me

I'm burnin', burnin', I got a white hood
I know for sure, fire is the cure
So feel it, don't fight it, go with the flow
Get him, get him, get him get him- put him on the road

What do you want? What do I want?
I want purity, yes I do
Ethnic purity

Xenophobia, xenophobia
Mind closing.. mind is closing
Xenophobia, xenophobia
Mind closing.. mind is closing
We got the power, got our country
Just say you need it, if you believe it
Say yeah!

We're gonna throw all foreigners out
Throw 'em all out
Heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh heh

Good way to get an "X". I wanted to refer you to the Fat Freddie's Cat comment you made on one of my other songs, I am a huge fan, you won't slip that or a Firesign Theater reference past me. And about the Abbot and Costello bit, You should find it on the net somewhere and give it a listen. It may not be about Cricket, but it's a classic.

(ABC) Isn't this what you get when you cross fear of The Tonight Show With Jay Leno with fear of vibraphones?

There's a famous (in Sweden) sketch from the early days of television where this guy is having a monolouge along the lines of "I wish that everyone in the whole wide world could be included in one big, happy family, except of course..." and after having counted it down to "us Europeans", "us Scandinavians", "us Swedes", "us Stockholmians", "those in my part of town" and "my family" he finally arrives to the conclusion that the world would be a much better place if everyone else was just like him.

(ABC-X) DKTOS but this thing looks wickedly clever. Fine job Phil.

(ABC-X) Not familiar with any Def Leppard or even any Hearing Leppard stuff...but it's a very clever read, Phil...
