Lets give cell phone users their own country....maybe Madagascar. Then they can walk around with their hands permanently attached to their ears, babble mindlessly as loud and as long as they want, and we won't have to deal with their BS.

I use a cell phone because of free long distance, and if I'm in New York and my family's in CA they can call me, and it'll be the cheapest "local" call ever ;-) Great song idea!

I think it's a bit unrealistic: surely the vast majority of these calls are *much* more banal and content-free ;-) Is there going to be a sequel, something like "On the train" to the tune of the Ozzy's "Crazy Train"?
