The following song parody is my 8th Marvel song parody of a song from “Like a Virgin (‘85 reissue).” I have decided to put Peter “Starlord” Quill in Wakanda on Earth, instead of Titan. Landing from outer space to Wakanda, Starlord would team up with the Guardians, Avengers, X-Men, and the Silver Surfer to battle against Thanos' army. The following lyrics of the Wakanda song parody will be a bit similar to Toto’s “Africa.” The Wakanda song parody is a view from Peter “Starlord” Quill. (WARNING: The outro may contain a little spoiler.)

We have landed in Wakanda
We are the Guardians
Of the whole Galaxy
I see many invasions
From Thanos’ army

We’ve been on a journey
In the whole galaxy
Now, we have come to fight for
Wakanda country

Well, we have saved the mighty Thor (Saved the mighty Thor)...from space
His homeworld of Asgard, has been ripped to shards
Thanos started all the war (Started all the war)...a disgrace
Soon, he’ll serve some time, to pay for his crimes

We will team up with T’Challa, and the whole X-Men
To fight the war in Wakanda, with our own weapons

Peter Quill sings the lyrics without the parentheses. The other Guardians of the Galaxy sing the lyrics in parentheses, except Groot, who would say nothing but “I Am Groot.” Anyways, eight song parodies down, two more to complete my Infinity War album parody of “Like a Virgin (‘85 reissue).” Up next: A Marvel song parody of “Pretender,” which will be about Tony “Iron Man” Stark stranded on Planet Titan without Avengers.
