The Lyrics

This is dedicated to the Continuous Call Team who broadcast on the top rating station 2GB 873 in Sydney and continuously blitz the opposition in the ratings. Also 2GB has also annihilated the other stations in the ratings as well - particularly the main presenter of the aforementioned weekend football program who is also a renowned talkback broadcaster and sports commentator, Ray Hadley. This parody encapsulates their immensely mammoth and stellar success.
Their calls have been so consistent all year
They're easily on top, they've got nothing to fear
I might have massive problems but don't worry my dear
They beat it, they beat it
The other stations ought to be so ashamed
Who bore us all to tears and have a bad name
They might gibber a lot but they call the best games
They beat it coz they're still number 1

They beat it (beat it) beat it (beat it)
They will never be defeated
Showing they're mighty, having a blast
It doesn't matter, they make me laugh
They beat it.....
