The pacing was slightly off because J-E-O-P-A-R-D-Y is 8 letters and 867-5309 is obviously 7 digits, but because of how the '9' was sung in the original song, the extra letter does not detract from the parody at all. 5-5-5
Mike: the number 7 has two syllables, hence the letters O and P are sung in place of it. J-E-OP-A-R-D-Y vs. 8-6-7-5-3-0-9. Got it?

Ah, the age-old characters-vs-syllables conundrum. Consider: "12,000" has only three syllables; "7,777" (a much smaller number) has thirteen. And HTTP has four syllables while WWW has nine. I don't get it either.

Spaff - These folks should know by now you should always wear a conundrum when reading a "Spaff" parody. Folks, remember, "CAWSS" ( "CARE, be AWARE, and always WEAR a conundrum and practice "SAFE SPAFF"...)
