Parody Song Title:

"Carnival Liner"

Parody Written by:

The Lyrics

Anything is finer than to sail Carnival liner
In the mornin'
Row boats come much cheaper, and work better than that bleeper,
Fit for scornin'

What a sad sick story,
Happens more and more
Passengers are sorry
They ever left the shore..

It could make ya' hurly, findin' poo that's curly early
In the mornin'
Garbage flies and clutter glup for breakfast in your butter cup
At dawnin'
If I had been on that tramp - for five lousy days
I'd win a suit - live millionaire's ways
Nowhere would be finer than to cruise Carnival liner
Heed my warnin'...

Imagine sewage gories
Seepin' 'neath the door
One of many stories
We're hearin' o'er and o'er

Sure could make ya' hurly, findin' poo that's curly early
In the mornin'
Garbage flies and clutter glup for breakfast in your butter cup
At dawnin'

If I had to ride that tramp like they did for days
I'd win a suit - have millionaire's ways
Anywhere is better than no pot to put your setter
In the mornin'

Anything is finer that to sail Carnival Liner
Any mor-or-or-nin'

Maybe you should have quit while you were ahead, but I'm glad you reference the golden past. No unsingable schtick, but pacing is off and scatology on, just a bit. So 44 and an appreciative 5.

Hilarious and inspired subs throughout here. 'Find a pot to put your setter - ingenious! I never understood why people 'get away from it' by spending weeks on a garish, claustrophobic floating prison exercise yard. Than there's the 'Titanic' syndrome: in a crisis, it's logistically impossible to get that many people off in a reasonable time frame. Simple answer. make 'em smaller, not bigger. Same with planes and buildings. Rave rave.

Good parodies coming in pairs. Put her to sea at 555 knots - that'll sluice it up!

"poo that's curly early" one of the many hilarious lines in this parody.

Thanks, Al...Appreciate your vote and comments...not to be touchy about adverse criticism..and you're entitled to your opinion, but in reference to pacing being off...technically, I may have omitted, or added one or two syllables...in the complete lyric...even singers do that, and printed versions on the web, that I used for reference, also, vary......

Thanks, LL..I agree, about taking any cruise ship, even with no mishaps...I fail to see how being trapped on a sea floating monster for days, could be enjoyment...prison is a good metaphor...I need the control of doing what, and going where, I want.....and thanks, John, appreciate the vote and kind comment..
