Hey there Mr PeKing, here in NorCAL we've been given sooo much moola from China in the way of low interest mortgages. Result : Sky-high prices for homes! . . . not very stimulating to the Economy, Sir L'Air de Farce, Duke 0'Edge, Marquis au PeKing.

That's a funny parody if I ever heard one! I do hope they send me a dough boat from China, with some Chicken Lo Mein, Roast Peking Duck, Fried Rice, and other Chinese Take Out foods along with it! LOL! This song sure floats my boat as well. I echo all comments above! 555!!
