I don't get the title line to scan, or should it be understood that 2016 is just pronounced 16? What's your parody writing MO here?

Exactly as written. If I had wanted "Bleak '16" I would have written that. I'm taking a hopeful Xmas OS and turning it to black, which is obvious. Alternately, this could be "Quite Hopeless!"

Not just the Iran oil coming out; I saw where the US is going sell off some of its reserves. This sounds well thought out with the price the lowest in years and a glut on the market already. Cheer up - Biden's going to cure cancer.
