The Lyrics

Last week, the news media made the shocking announcement that Al and Tipper Gore mutually agreed to a seperation..( this is the strongest sign, so far, that the world is going to end !!!!)
The worst, no Al, dear Tipper did say
It's for certain they'll split up, in own beds they'll lay
Not beds where they have lain forty years
Such a sad situation, we all feel tears..
No Al, No Al, No Al, No Al
Bored's grown poor Tipper, a left home gal

Said they'll break up and seperate soon
Though it's lasted decades, their honeymoon
Whole world recalls that election night,
The hot kiss they exchanged and embraced tight
No Al, No Al, No Al, No Al
How can such love end..deep as a well?

There's been no talk of any affair,
But media will sniff the air
And should they find some secret stored,
Like a bad matador, poor Al will be Gored
No Al, No Al, No Al, No Al,
Both have decided it's so long, pal

Nobel Peace Prize for global warmth won
An Oscar too, documentation
Had he thrown self in work too deep,
Ignoring that stilled love cannot keep?
No Al, No Al, No Al, No Al
Work time and marriage should balance well

While Bill was Prez..got along nice
Bill played the scoundrel and Al was Vice-
What were the odds back then, they'd quit?
More likely Hill and Bill might split
No Al, No Al, No Al, No Al
Ironic, the tales that time can tell

As a VeePee, pushed off critic's cliff,
Branded robotic, a social stiff
But now in hindsight, one break up cause
Could be, not stiff enough, reason was
No Al, No Al, No Al, No Al,
Maybe he should have rung Viagra's bell..

How can poor Tipper survive with No Al?

Great job, won! The chill in their relationship doesn't exactly square with global warming! ;D

Divorces among people who have been married this long are sad indeed. Bill and Hillary still need each other for political purposes. That far outweighs any emotional attachments or lack thereof. I saw Gore on Saturday Night Live. He has genuine acting talent. Maybe he can start a new career.

Sir L'Air de Farce, although it may seam like 'splitsVille', I think ~MsTipps~ will concede to her Al, as he's a good man, despite his rather aloof/wooden demeaner . . .

Yes, we did exploit the same situation. Very good subs and very good conclusion.

Thanks, OMR, and good pun point...and thanks, Patrick, yeah. Saw him on SNL and he is funny, perhaps he could host a talk show; maybe be the one to replace Oprah :) Thanks,2 Eagle. Thanks, Lil Tweet, you really think so? They've always seemed like very carefully organized people to me...so before they'd release such a firm statement to the media, I'm sure it's chiseled in stone. Thanks, John, guess we both took our subs and spoofingly torpedoed the dividing duo.
