Original Song Title:

Parody Song Title:

"Biden's Ill Manner"

Parody Written by:

Barry J. Mitchel

The Lyrics

Joe Biden's profiting from his son Hunter's income from Ukraine's Burisma, as well as his grants from Chinese companies, was largely suppressed by the media before the 2020 election. These scandals, which may compromise the 46th president's foreign policies, are gradually being exposed. His domestic policies, in contrast, show no encumbrance to spending and seizing control. I parodied the first and fourth stanzas.
Jose, can't you see that Joe Biden's delight
Is to loudly assail any Far-Right vast scheming?
While he fights for green cars, all-electric in sight,
He would hamper or botch any fossil-fuel streaming.
As he pockets Red share, budgets bursting sans care
Give proof to the Right that Joe's swag was ill fare.
Oh say, does that Far-Left ill-mannered still crave
All this Land of the Free, made the home of white slaves?

Oh thus be it ever that Freemen must stand
Between Far-Left gnomes and that hard Constitution.
Pressed with trickery unceased,, may Republicans stand,
Raised in power to evade Left's subversive invasions.
Then conquer they must, over laws so unjust;
The young must be taught so their faith is robust.
Then the star-spangled banner a high way shall pave;
All will stand, none will kneel in this Home of the Brave.

I'd love to hear this played before the All-Star Game, in Atlanta. First class lyricism, the way this site used to be. "Pockets Red share, budgets bursting sans care" is particularly outstanding. I remember when Obama was elected. Gasoline went to $4 a gallon and banks stopped paying interest on savings accounts. History is repeating itself. Why doesn't this parody have more comments. One of the best ever.

Thanks, Patrick & CML; I'm pleased to see that some "veterans" are still alive. I rarely contribute since my count passed 400, but when I do, I match as many syllables as I can. I was tutored by "Tommy Turtle".

The last line would be better if "in this Home of the Brave" were "when this anthem is played" and the preceding "a high way shall pave" became "will fly unafraid" even though the rhyme would differ from the original;s
